WEIGHT TRAINING GUIDELINES                             

  • Concentrate on your technique
  • No "horse play"
  • Take care of equipment
  • Use spotters where required
  • Avoid sudden movements; lifting should be done in a controlled manner
  • NEVER compete with anyone other than yourself
  • Don't forget to BREATHE!
