| and went on to place 2nd at the Meet of Champions that same year. She was also the 1994 Haddonfield Invitational - |
| Outstanding Field Athlete, having won both the shot and discus and the WDHS MVP for girls' spring track. Coach |
| Lancaster-Avila is also the Head Girls Swimming Coach at WDHS. She was inducted into the West Deptford Sports Hall of |
| Fame for swimming and track in 2003 and then into the Gloucester County Sports Hall of Fame for both sports in 2006. |
